Portrait of a strong modern woman pondering something of importance. Her gaze is pensive, as if trying to come to some conclusion or decision. The red of her dress and the strong muscles of her calves suggest that she is ready to burst into action and to take charge of her world. With complementary green nuances in the background the artist enhances the impression of mental and emotional activity. Will the woman succeed? The patch of light on the wall promises a way out and an action about to be taken.
