*** Nelson Mandela: ““To deny people their human rights is to challenge their very humanity.”

As an unwritten rule, among the first, the famous personalities should not embrace racism, bigotry, hatred and discrimination, but human rights and freedoms as universal values all of the civilized and democratic world. This is the main ID for those people who are or pretend to be the emblematic and famous figures in the worldwide dimensions.

Those who appeal to deny the others fundamental human rights and freedoms, they cannot be famous personalities (be it in narrow or in the wider sense) because ipso facto they are perverse and racists in their ideas, behaviors, actions and deeds too.

Why Turkish poet Ismet Ozel insulted Albanian minority in Turkey?
Because the Turkish negative nationalism and racism has no horns!

This is his scandalous, offensive and racist statement against Albanians in Turkey, where there live nearly 5 million Albanians: “We need to know who we are, but if there are people or ethnic groups who live in these areas and say they have rights, then we, the real Turks should not allow them because Turkey will be split, in this way is built our nation-state. It's like we sign our los am not taking example Kurds, but Albanians. If the Albanians want to say we are not Turks but Albanian, then my brother, you have your nation state, go fuck you were you came from.” http://www.ocnal.com/2016/04/turkish-poet-offends-albanians-go-f.html)

This anti-ethic, illegal, anti-human, racist and unbalanced declaration obviously aims denial of the right of national identity of Albanians in Turkey. However, this is in flagrant contradiction with the United Nations Universal Declaration of the Human Rights (Article 15, paragraphs 1. and 2. which states: “ 1. Everyone has the right to a nationality. 2. No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his nationality nor denied the right to change his nationality”). http://www.un.org/en/universal-declaration-human-rights/

What does that mean for Albanian minority in Turkey, nothing more than discrimination of the national identity, freedom and human rights.

Question is, how is it been possible that a prominent poet Ismet Ozel from Turkey has used such insulted and vulgar vocabulary against Albanians in Turkey?!

What kind of the culture and civilization is that to offend Albanians with dirty expressions “fuck you” and “ go back where you came from” if you say that you're Albanians, not Turks?!

Neither Turkish writer Ismet Ozel nor the other one on the world couldn’t be a famous writers, scholars, politicians, state men, singers, players,.... etc. if they aren’t human persons, first of all.

So long as Ismet Ozel considers as a famous writer in the world, he doesn’t have any moral or legal right to offend another people, who don’t belong to the Turkish people,
although in the Turkey Constitution reads: “Turkish democracy is based on the concept of nationalism of citizenship and the term ‘Turkish people’ includes all Turkish citizens, whatever their ethnic roots are.”

Turkish nationalist writer Ismet Ozel (who insulted million Albanians who are living in Turkey, threatening that allegedly they have not right to declare their Albanian national identity) must be aware that he did a big mistake because that he's stupid and arrogant allegation against Albanians is contrary to the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights (December 10, 1948) according to which everyone has the right to express and declare their national, religion, language, culture, political identity as well as the right of free speech and different opinion without consequences be it by any government or political opponents within any state, not only in Turkey as minority category.

There is no doubt that Ismet Ozel’s declaration is with racist content because it is contrary to all declarations, conventions, protocols and international resolutions on freedom and human rights, adopted by the United Nations (1945-2016). So, it is inconsistent with the United Nations Charter and the international law.

Lastly, being that Turkey is the member of the United Nations its leadership legally is obliged to act according to the international principles, rules and norms in protecting, implementation and promotion of the human rights and freedoms to all its ethnic groups in Turkey, despite what say different nationalists and racists as poet Ismet Ozel did, Insulting and verbally threatened Albanians that if they seek to declare themselves as Albanians, “ we the real Turks should say them: My brother, fuck you , go back where you came from". ( http://www.syri.net/2016/04/25/video-poeti-i-njohur-turk-fyen-shqiptaret-e-turqise-nese-e-quani-veten-shqiptare-ikni-pirdhuni/ ).
For this ugly, irrational and inhuman statement addressed on behalf of over 5 million Albanians in Turkey, Ismet Ozel must apologize to all Albanians, not only ones in Turkey, because it is an unacceptable affront to all Albanians which is a political-propagandistic appeal that the Albanians in Turkey will be denied the right of stating that their nationality, with intention of their further assimilation and discrimination as Albanian nationality group.

Again, those who hate and discriminate the other peoples due to their national, religious, racial, cultural, linguistic, cultural, color, religion and political affiliation… etc., In any way, they cannot be considered and valued as famous national or international personalities.
